This book is about Tobias the young ghost who is quite lonely as the only other ghosts in the house are rather old and he can't have any fun with them.  One day though a family moves into the house and here is his opportunity, especially as a young girl called Eliza has moved in!

He starts off by spooking Eliza before he gets hold of his Great Uncle Finnegan's Super Spooky Ghost Book full of all sorts of tricks, but he leaves the book handy for Eliza to carry it off.  She then gets revenge which goes a little further than either Eliza or Tobias thought that it would.

When all goes back to normal Eliza and Tobias are firm friends.

A spooky book which has just the right amount of fun and fear.
