Nuts aid Weightloss
Many people watching their weight avoid nuts but according to a brand new study published in the Amercian Journal of Clinical Nutrition a handful of walnuts a day will not only significantly lower your cholesterol, they'll help to stabilize your blood sugars keeping you feeling fuller for longer and will not result in weight gain.
Not only that but just seven walnuts will provide the same amount of disease preventing, anti-ageing antioxidants as half a dozen tomatoes or a serving of blueberries. Eat them just as they are, sprinkled over salads and cereals, added to home-made breads and cakes or push walnut halves into fresh dates for a super healthy, filling snack.
