Honey Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

This is so easy it can hardly be called a recipe but the lack of time you'll spend in the kitchen is by no means a reflection of how great they'll taste! Simply serve with a couple of spoonfuls of pasta or couscous and watch these sticky, golden beauties disappear!
Serves 4
4 organic chicken drumsticks, each about 100g in weight
2 tbsp clear honey
Preheat the oven to 190ÀöC/375ÀöF/Gas 5, 10 minutes before cooking.
Lightly rinse the chicken drumsticks, removing the skin if preferred. Place in a small roasting tin with 2 tablespoons of water. Roast in the oven for 5 minutes turning them over half way through the cooking time.
Remove and drizzle over the honey. Return to the oven and continue to cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and sticky. Baste occasionally with the honey and juices in the tin. Remove from the oven and drain well before serving.
Tip: It is essential that all poultry is thoroughly cooked before serving. To ensure this - always cook at the correct temperature and check that the juices run clear when pierced with a small sharp knife. If the juices are slightly pink coloured, cook a little longer. If in doubt, cut through one of the drumsticks to the bone to check.
