am having real problems with my childcare. I have had so many nannies over the last couple of years that I hardly dare count them. They come, get stuck in (some more than others) and then bugger off! Is this normal or am I just a nightmare to work for...or perhaps I have particularly naughty children!!! Does anyone have any tips???
