what would you pick for an 18 week old baby a childminder or nursery? im going back to college in december and need to decider where is best for him what would you pick?

I chose the nursery route because I felt they would gain from being amongst others and they would develop a relationship with a number of carers not just one. It was also close to home rather than near work which meant if I had a day off I would be more likely to use it than I would if I had to drive 20 miles in the direction of work,
