Interesting post and thanks

Interesting post and thanks for sharing. Some things in here I have not thought about before. Thanks for making such a cool post which is really very well written.will be referring a lot of friends about this.Keep blogging.

Here goes...

You're right, it is so confusing! As I said, I loved the luna Pushchair but don't have one. For my second baby I bought the Jane Matrix Pro sit up or lie down travel system. The is a carrycot that fixes directly into the back of your car and can be lifted out onto pram wheels, perfect for sleeping babes. It's very light and I loved it. When the baby gets bigger they can sit up in the carrycot and when they out grow this there is a pushchair seat to put on the base, it comes in 3 wheeler or 4. I also have the Mothercare Urban 3 wheeler which I love and has done two babies so far and is about to do a third. Less of an about town pushchair maybe as it's bigger and heavier to lift, however, it's VERY light to push, is easy up and down steps and turns on a sixpence. It's also ideal for walks, the beach etc and suits newborn to 4yrs + Hope this helps a bit - I'd say they key is: Adapatability - does it fit all ages, do all the accessories work together or do you have to carry round all the possible alternatives with you as spare parts. Weight - Easy to fold down and open out, ease to lift into the boot, light to steer, ease up and down steps (there's not always a man when you want one!) New Baby - I love having a pram that works with the car seat so that I can just lift sleeping baby out onto the wheels and leave them asleep

Any more recommendations?

Thanks for your help. Just confused by all the prams & travel systems. Any recomendations or ones to avoid would be gratefully received.

Seriously Tempted

Ihave had a go with one in the shop and folded it up etc and thought it was fantastic. It's really light which helps, comes in really funky colours and folds up quite small - I don't have one as I have to use the pram I bought for my first baby... but if I was shopping around I'd be seriously tempted!
