Luxury family specialist Scott Dunn has developed and launched a new style of children's club, OurSpace,offering a fun, creative and safe holiday experience for young guests from just eight months old.

The first OurSpace has opened at the luxurious Anahita resort in Mauritius, and has been created under the consultation of Scott Dunn's expert team, who have advised on everything including the design and build of the club. Ratios of carers to children have been properly thought through, with trained nannies caring for the under-twos and two-to-fives.

The areas and rooms within the OurSpace facility have been carefully divided to accommodate the various ages, with a sleeping room for infants and plenty of covered outdoor areas, including a swimming pool and sand pit. Activities take place both on and off site, with only one entrance/exit at the club itself.

Sample activities include glass bottom boat trips, sand castle competitions, snorkelling, swimming galas, creative art based fun and face painting.

The resort is on the east coast, close to the legendary Le Touessrok hotel, and has beautiful, white sand beaches, a spa, golf course, several places to eat and drink and a ‛village' at its heart, with shops and a traditional Mauritian market.

Prices for a seven night stay at Anahita start at £5,920 for two adults and two children (under 12 years of age), on a bed and breakfast basis, including return economy class flights (from London Heathrow) and private transfers.
