The Dr Brown range of bottles is an essential part of your baby equipment, especially if you have a colicy baby!

This range of wide necked bottles definitely helps to reduce colic in babies with it's unique internal vent system that eliminates the vaccum and air bubbles. They also come with ultra soft silicone teats and a variety of sizes PLUS there is a Dr Brown beaker that toddlers find very easy to use!

With having had three colicy babies myself these bottles make abolute sense. When I tried the bottles I found that my daughter sucked continually without having to keep stopping to release the pressure in the bottle, thus reducing the build up in air.

She seemed to bring wind up more easily and also found the soft silicone teat much easier to drink from. I did worry about whether they would be difficult to clean but they come with a couple of specific brushes and they were no more difficult than cleaning ordinary bottles.
