This is a perfect all in one for my 3 year old daughter who loves jumping in puddles and getting as dirty as she can. This was completely waterproof, was loose enough to fit her normal clothes underneath, had a hood that stayed on despite her jumping and falling and chasing the dog plus it had great straps to go under her wellies to keep the legs pulled down! It also made it easy to undo and take it off easily without getting her covered in mud in the process. Loved this product.
