Having tried a sling before I was more than ready to try this one out. Putting my baby in the previous sling and putting it on had not been easy at all and sorting the clips out and fastening them in not fun at all, after a bit my back ached too. So it was great to try out the Lifft sling - I was impressed by the design and the colours, it looked very stylish, something my husband was willing to try out too.

There were clear instructions on the different way of wearing the sling, depending on the age/size of your baby. With one simple fold, it's over your shoulder and ready to put your baby in. It holds a baby very comfortably and spreads the weight throughout your shoulders, hip and back, rather than just pulling your shoulders down. It really came into its own for me when using with a young toddler. After putting it over my shoulder it was really easy to pick my toddler up and place him in, both hands are then free for other things, although it took a bit to get used to that. It was such an extra support without any aching, you literally could carry them like this for ages.

I was able to take him in and out of the sling so easily, and it was so simple without all the clips. Another advantage is that you can use the sling with your newborn baby right through to toddler age without having to buy different sizes. The sling also fits you perfectly as you buy the size that fits you.

And without a doubt, they certainly look stylish!
